As Colorado’s hospitality industry began its post-pandemic recovery, The Colorado Restaurant Association launched a summer campaign to highlight significant job opportunities created by worker shortages, while also sharing the challenges faced by restaurants. We visited with leading hospitality professionals around the state, creating a series of videos focused on hope for the future, an enduring love for the places we gather and the joy of serving others.
